Customers have the legal right to register a product for return within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After this notification, the customer has AGAIN 14 days to actually return the product. If a customer makes use of his right of return, he will receive the entire order amount including shipping costs within 14 days after the return shipment.
The costs for the return shipment are for the account of the consumer.
