Next to our shop, specialized in Weddingsuits and Tailor-made suits, we have a shop-in-shop concept for Harris Tweed and Rugby sportswear.
Our fascination for Rugby started around 1981 as i, Hans Meeuwis, started playing rugby at our local Rugby Club in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands. This club, Rugby Club The Dukes, formed me as a person and was a base for my rugby addiction.
I played for The Dukes, starting at prop position and ending in the back row, during all my youth period. Even made it to Youth international for Holland under 17 and under 19’s.
Today i still am involved in Rugby, but now as Trainer / Coach for the Fourth team of The Dukes.
Keeping my fascination for the Rugby Sport in mind and making the combination with my profession in clothing, i decided to assemble this broad collection of Vintage Rugby Shirts.
Rugby people are proud of their sport and like to show that!
